Flow Arts is both an art form and a practice of mental states. It involves feeling the fluid relationship between the body and the objects while manipulating them, guiding oneself into a "flow state" through continuous physical and mental training. Beyond pursuing skill and creative expression, it emphasizes body coordination and rhythm; sensitivity is paramount in the manipulation of the body or objects. Many describe Flow Arts as a form of "dynamic meditation" that helps concentrate the mind.
The course primarily includes basic Veil Poi techniques and flow meditation exercises, helping participants find their own flow patterns during practice, thereby understanding the meaning behind problems and relationships. In addition to training their physical coordination, participants can also experience their own needs and explore the relationship between themselves and the world through flow practice.
The course consists of eight in-person classes, each containing two main parts:

Everyone has their own unique way of exerting force and physical habits. The instructor will provide different levels of guidance and support based on each student's learning progress and ability to help them learn better.
Basic skills include:
○ Plane Concept
○ Triangle Reel
○ 3-Beat Weave
○ Butterfly
○ Basic ball control (Stall)
○ Pendulum
○ Basic Flower
Thematic Practice
Each month, a different theme will be centered around, integrating relevant knowledge and skills to enhance the coherence and depth of learning. Students will practice and learn together along with the theme, thereby achieving a more comprehensive learning outcome.
